You will earn two €0.20 Golden Chips for every €25 staked on eligible Playtech Live Dealer games, up to a maximum of 20 Golden Chips during each promotional period. You will have three days to accept the Golden Chips. Once accepted via the initial pop-up message, you will have three days to use the Golden Chips. Any unused Golden Chips will be removed along with any winnings accrued within three days of accepting.

You can receive a maximum 20 Golden Chips during a promotional period; this can only be achieved by staking a total of €250 on eligible Playtech Live Dealer games.

In the event that your prize is not credited automatically, it may take up to 72 hours from the end of a promotional period for your prize to be credited.

Golden Chips received must be played as one unit and cannot be split into any smaller amounts. You can use a maximum of 20 Golden Chips per game round. Golden Chips are a free bet and any win from them will see the winnings returned to the player but not the value of the Golden Chip itself.
